The purpose of My Rigby & Peller is to reward your loyalty. These are the terms and conditions of the My Rigby & Peller loyalty program.

You automatically become a member of the My Rigby & Peller loyalty program by creating an account, either in a Rigby & Peller store or online via rigbyandpeller.com/en-us.

No purchase is required to register as a Rigby & Peller customer.

The goal of My Rigby & Peller is to reward our loyal customers. You enjoy many benefits:

  • You earn points on all full-price purchases at Rigby & Peller. Once you have accumulated 650 points, you can enjoy a $30 discount on your next purchase.
  • When you create an account in one of our Rigby & Peller stores or via rigbyandpeller.com/en-us, you receive a welcome gift worth $20.
  • You receive a birthday gift worth $20 five days before the start of your birth month, provided you have correctly entered your birthday in your account.

You earn points on all full-price purchases at Rigby & Peller, both in our Rigby & Peller stores and online at Rigbyandpeller.com/en-us.You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on full-price items. No points are earned on sale items.

When you have accumulated at least 650 points, you can convert the points into a loyalty voucher worth $30.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The points are linked to the email address with which you are registered as a Rigby & Peller customer. Points are not transferable to another person. Loyalty points do not expire. When you return a purchase, the points linked to that purchase will be deducted from your total accumulated points.

You can do this on your online account (under ‘My Rigby & Peller’) or at your nearest Rigby & Peller boutique.

When you have redeemed a welcome gift, birthday gift, or loyalty voucher on an order, you do not earn points on the value of the voucher, but on the remaining amount. Example: For a purchase of $200 where you have redeemed a $30 voucher, you still earn 170 points. For a gift card or store credit, you earn points on the full amount.

Loyalty points only become active after a waiting period of 4 weeks because you can make a return during this period. The points for a returned item will be deducted from your total points.

No, you only earn points on new purchases made through your registered account.

You earn one loyalty point for every dollar you spend on a full-price item. Once you have accumulated 650 points, you can convert your points into a $30 loyalty voucher. In the stores, this process is assisted by the stylist. In the webshop, you choose when this happens. Log in to your account and go to the "My Rigby & Peller" section. There you will see an option to convert your points into a loyalty voucher. You can then select and redeem your loyalty voucher in your shopping cart.

Please note that there is a waiting period of 4 weeks before your points are available for use. If a return occurs during this waiting period, the points earned on the returned items will be deducted from the total points.

The loyalty voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. If you do not redeem the voucher within this period, the voucher and the linked points will expire. The expiration date of the voucher is always indicated on the voucher. The voucher is linked to the email address you provided when registering as a Rigby & Peller customer and is not transferable to another person.

Once you have converted your loyalty points into a loyalty voucher, it is valid for 2 months. Your loyalty points themselves do not expire.

There is no minimum order amount to redeem a loyalty voucher, gift card, or store credit. However, for the welcome and birthday gifts, there is a minimum order amount of $150.

A loyalty, welcome, and birthday voucher are considered discounts and cannot be combined. However, you can combine these vouchers with a gift card or credit note.

In the "My Orders" section of your account, you will only find your online orders. If you have a question about a boutique order, please contact your trusted Rigby & Peller boutique directly. The points balance you see in the "My Rigby & Peller" section includes the points earned from both your online and boutique purchases.

If you have a registered account in the boutique, you automatically also have an online account with the same email address, but you do not yet have a password. Click on the "forgot password" link to set a password and log in.

No, returns must be made through the channel of purchase. Use the UPS return label and pro forma invoices that came with your order to return your online purchase to our headquarters in Belgium. Return your boutique purchase to your Rigby & Peller boutique.

The points you earn are linked to the email address provided by you when you registered as a Rigby & Peller customer and are non-transferable. If you provide two different email addresses when registering at a Rigby & Peller boutique and at www.rigbyandpeller.com/en-gb, you will earn points on two different customer accounts. You should therefore always use the same email address when registering at a Rigby & Peller boutique and online.

Rigby & Peller reserves the right to change the terms of this loyalty programme, including but not limited to the duration of the My Rigby & Peller loyalty programme or the validity period of the vouchers, the way Rigby & Peller customers can collect points, the number of purchases required to collect points, the number of points required to receive a voucher under the loyalty programme, and any of the options the Rigby & Peller customer has regarding his/her account, at any time, with prior notice of 30 days via email, even if these changes may affect a Rigby & Peller customer's ability to collect or use his/her points.

Rigby & Peller reserves the right to terminate this programme at any time at its discretion, with prior notice of 30 days via email, even if this termination may affect a Rigby & Peller customer's ability to collect his/her points. In the event of termination, all collected points linked to the customer's account for which no voucher has been issued will have no value and will expire without compensation. Issued vouchers will remain valid until their expiration date.
